 The way we feel about service is evident from the time you enter the hotel.   It's not just the  broad smiles and warm greetings.    There's a quality about the hotel that makes you feel that you're right at home.    Just ask the many who have made Blue Horizon their second home for decades.   Our staff know that Mr and Mrs R want the same room they have had for the past 10 years so they make sure that they block it early.  When Mr. G. makes his annual trip, he does not go to his room before seeing his "friends" - particular employees of the hotel. 

We know our guests appreciate our convenient location.  But there's another reason that they feel they must come back "home" --- we listen and we care.
